Comadre Cocina, located in the Folksbier Tasting Room, sources unique ingredients directly from Oaxaca to bring authentic Oaxacan food to Brooklyn, NY.
A 5-course small plate tasting menu will be served in the casual setting of the Folksbier Tasting Room. Chef Zack Wangeman will be serving authentic Oaxacan food made up of rare ingredients sourced directly from Oaxaca, Mexico. The menu will be paired with craft beer freshly brewed in the Folksbier Brauerei.
This ever changing dining experience will take place on the first Friday of every month in the Folksbier Tasting Room.
Guests are invited to sit at communal tables or stand at high-top tables during the hour and half dining experience.
