View fullsize We canned up fresh batches of a couple favorites today to start off your summer right! Cucumber Lime Glow Up - 4.75% ABV - Our house Berliner Weisse-style ale refermented and conditioned with brewer processed cucumbers and limes. Morning Dew - 5.3% ABV - Our house American Pale Ale brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat and oats. Hopped in the kettle with Cascade and Simcoe and dry hopped with a blend of Cascade Cryo, Simcoe and Mosaic.
View fullsize To kick off June we’ve got two new IPAs in cans: Kia Ora - 6.2% ABV - Our Wheat IPA series brewed with a base of pilsner, malted and flaked wheat and fermented with our preferred fruity but attenuative ale strain. Hopped entirely with new experimental hop blend NZL-32-2 from @freestylehops. Lot’s of interesting lemon/lime soda vibes from this blend! Recurring Dreams 37 - 6.5% ABV - For this iteration we decided to do a simple blend of Pilsner and 2-row malt supported by additions of flaked wheat and carapils. In the whirlpool used a 50/50 blend of Citra and Strata. After fermentation, we dry hopped with a Belma heavy blend with smaller additions of Australian Enigma and New Zealand grown Cascade.
