In collaboration with Pipeworks Brewing Co. in Chicago, IL, we brewed this saison with one of our favorite Belgian farmhous breweries in mind. Cereal Mashed with raw spelt from Indian Ladder Farms and Hudson Valley Malt Germantown Pilsner and hopped late in the kettle with Czech Saaz and debittered Mosaic.
Berliner-Weisse style sour wheat beer refermented & conditioned with cucumber juice and lime juice and zest.
CUCUMBER LIME GLOW UP
Traditional Belgian-style Witbier conditioned with Murcott and Gold Nugget mandarin zest in this latest batch.
Unfiltered German- style Helles lager with all German malt and hops, brewed using a traditional step-mash method and carbonated slowly through head pressure.
OLD BAVARIAN LAGER (O.B.L.)
Our house American Pale Ale prominently featuring Cascade and Mosaic hops.
This iteration of our double dry hopped IPA Recurring Dreams is brewed with malted red wheat and rye, featuring a heavy blend of Southern Hemisphere hops. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Vic Secret and Waimea.

Rye Porter brewed with American malted barley, English specialty malts, and Cascade hops from our own Folksbier Hopyard.
Double IPA hopped with Amarillo, Cashmere and Simcoe hops
Fried with chile, lime and garlic.
Potatoes, green beans and carrots with house made vinegar, pasilla mixe & foraged Oaxacan oregano.
Corn seasoned with chile piquin, Cotija cheese and lime.
